Юбилейный творческий вечер Фаузии Байрамовой —
 через арест, допрос, суд и штраф!

Юбилейный творческий вечер Фаузии Байрамовой — известной писательницы, поэтессы и общественно-политического деятеля — был омрачён беспрецедентным давлением со стороны силовых структур. В день и час проведения мероприятия, посвящённого в том числе её 75-летнему юбилею, Фаузия ханым была арестована и увезена в отдел полиции.

В это время в зале её уже ждали зрители, друзья, коллеги и единомышленники - люди, пришедшие выразить уважение и благодарность за её многолетний труд. Однако юбилярку обвинили в разжигании межнациональной розни — якобы из-за поздравительного поста с Днём Республики Татарстан (30 августа), который, по сути и содержанию, не содержит никаких признаков подобного правонарушения.

После ареста последовали допрос, суд и назначение штрафа. Несмотря на всё это, Фаузия Байрамова проявила невероятную стойкость: она всё же успела на свой творческий вечер, где её с нетерпением ждали пришедшие. Попытки провокации и запугивания со стороны спецслужб не увенчались успехом.

Система, очевидно, настолько боится хрупкой, но мужественной и принципиальной женщины, что готова использовать весь арсенал властных инструментов, прибегая к самым гнусным действиям, лишь бы не допустить даже мирного, невинного творческого вечера писательницы.

Комитет Независимости Татарстана решительно выступает против репрессий в отношении татарских национальных деятелей, в том числе Фаузии Байрамовой. Мы считаем данные действия политически мотивированными и незаконными. Такие преступления не будут забыты в Независимом Татарстане.

Фаузие ханым мы желаем терпения, сил, стойкости и крепкого здоровья. Ваши труды, ваша жертвенность и преданность татарскому народу навсегда останутся в истории будущих поколений. Вы — одна из героинь своего народа!

The Jubilee Creative Evening of Fauzia Bayramova —

Through Arrest, Interrogation, Trial, and Fine!

The jubilee creative evening of Fauzia Bayramova—a renowned writer, poet, and public and political figure—was overshadowed by unprecedented pressure from law enforcement agencies. At the very day and hour of the event, dedicated in part to her 75th anniversary, Fauzia khanym was arrested and taken to a police station.

At that moment, the hall was already filled with spectators, friends, colleagues, and like-minded people—those who had come to express their respect and gratitude for her many years of dedicated work. However, the jubilarian was accused of inciting interethnic hatred, allegedly because of a congratulatory post on the Day of the Republic of Tatarstan (August 30)—a post which, in its essence and content, contains no elements of such an offense.

Following the arrest came an interrogation, a court hearing, and the imposition of a fine. Despite all this, Fauzia Bayramova demonstrated remarkable resilience: she still managed to attend her creative evening, where everyone who had gathered was eagerly waiting for her. Attempts at provocation and intimidation by the security services failed.

The system, evidently, fears this fragile yet courageous and principled woman so deeply that it is prepared to use its entire arsenal of power, resorting to the most reprehensible actions, merely to prevent even a peaceful and innocent creative evening of a writer.

The Tatarstan Independence Committee strongly condemns the repression against Tatar national figures, including Fauzia Bayramova. We consider these actions to be politically motivated and unlawful. Such crimes will not be forgotten in an Independent Tatarstan.

We wish Fauzia khanym patience, strength, resilience, and good health. Your work, your sacrifice, and your devotion to the Tatar people will forever remain in the history of future generations. You are one of the heroines of your people.
